Tyler Casey

Over the past decade, Tyler Casey has become a noteworthy leader in the real estate and property management industry. He is the founder and CEO of Pro X, a full-service property management company and real estate brokerage. His interest in real estate came about as a result of being raised around the entrepreneurial leaders within the Pittsburg community where he grew up. The past 13 years have been a whirlwind of various real estate ventures that have led to where he is today. Since purchasing his first property in 2008, he has grown Pro X to three corporate locations that manage over 900 units among those locations, has begun building a proprietary software concept, and is now legally able to franchise the business in most states.

Renee Casey

Renee operates all aspects of the property management company while also overseeing the office. Renee takes pride in providing clean and affordable housing to the Pittsburg area. Her experience in the occupational safety and human resources industry has made her a value member of the Pro X team. Before joining Pro X, Renee was the Safety Director for a manufacturing facility in the pet food industry. Since then she has continued to do consulting in this industry. Renee received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Human Resources & Safety from Pittsburg State University.

Jordan Elliott

Financial Controller

Jordan grew up in Pittsburg, KS making him very familiar with the four-state area. He graduated from the University of Kansas in 2016 with a Master's Degree in Accounting. Since graduating he has worked in both public and private accounting before joining the Pro X team. Jordan’s previous experience and exposure to various industries and work environments will be beneficial in his task of building a strong accounting department and preparing accurate financials.

Steffany Condon

Steffany is responsible for marketing programs, brand management, developing promotions and coordinating marketing projects from beginning to end. Prior to joining Pro X, she worked in the automotive and manufacturing industries. Steffany’s greatest strengths are her creativity, drive and leadership. She thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand the company’s reach. Steffany and her husband have three children, keeping them busy most of their free time. She loves to travel and all things home improvement.

Dustin Mellies

Director of Project Management and Maintenance

Dustin has worked in the construction industry for 17 years. He worked in the commercial and residential construction industry in roles including field engineer, estimator, superintendent, and project manager. He currently works for Pro X as the Director of Project Management and Maintenance. He oversees all the remodels, larger maintenance, and capital improvement projects for Pro X. He graduated from Pittsburg State University in 2010 with a Degree in Construction Management. He enjoys most outdoor activities and collecting antiques. In his free time, he likes to kayak, spend time on his small farm, and spend time with friends and family.

Dalton has worked in construction on and off for about 8 years. Prior to construction Dalton served in the Military. Dalton spends his time with his family, riding motorcycles and kayaking.

Tammy spent 25 years as an HR director at Names and Numbers before joining the Pro X team. She has a 22-year-old daughter and takes care of a herd of stray cats. She is the light of the office as she is always cracking a joke and making staff and clients smile. She is also a singer! Tammy’s job revolves around collecting rent payments, deposits, and work orders. She issues all the maintenance requests for rentals. She also runs the front desk, answering the phone and greeting visitors.

Jamie Fereday

Leasing Coordinator - Pittsburg

Jamie recently returned to our area after two decades in St. Louis, where she balanced raising two children with a successful career in Human Resources. Following the elimination of her position late last year, she chose to come back to her roots, settling close to family. Jamie is thrilled to reconnect with old acquaintances from her upbringing. Describing herself as proactive and enthusiastic, she is eager to transition into the realm of property management.

Born and raised in Southwest Missouri, Kelsey has always had a deep connection with this region and its vibrant community. In 2018, she embarked on a new journey by obtaining her Real Estate license, little did she know that this path would lead her to discover her true passion – Property Management. Helping people find the perfect place to call home resonates deeply with Kelsey. In her free time, you’ll find her indulging in a wide array of hobbies, including dray racing for that adrenaline rush, immersing herself in the world of Lego creations, challenging friends and family to epic board game battles and tickling the ivories of a piano. She’s also a creator of PC games, a avid reader, and a devoted enthusiast of arts and crafts.

Armed with a bachelor’s degree in human resource management from CTU, she’s cultivated a deep appreciation for the diverse and ever-evolving challenges of her field. She finds peace and inspiration in the beauty of nature. Katrina’s love for adventure extends beyond the wilderness. Michelle Landry

In the spring of 2022, Michelle and her family embarked on a new chapter of their lives and relocated from Fort Bragg, North Carolina, due to her husband’s military commitments. Their journey led them to the heart of Southwest Missouri, where they discovered a treasure of outdoor adventures and a close-knit community that welcomed them with open arms. Michelle, her husband Justin, and their daughter, Sophie – along with their two furry companions- Maggie, the lovable lab, and Remington – their energetic German Shorthaired Pointer, shortly realized this is where they wanted to put down roots and call home. Michelle dedicated seven years to the Army, serving in the field of aviation, however, she found herself in a crossroads needing to decide her next career move. That’s when she made the exciting leap into the world of Real Estate and Property Management. She started as maintenance coordinator, and by November 2022, she had earned her Real Estate license. She’s committed to continuing this career and exploring all the possibilities it has to offer.

As a former sales manager at Metro Appliances, Ashley brings a wealth of experience in customer service and management to our team. Beyond her professional background, she has a passion for the arts, with a particular love for pottery and painting custom wall murals. Outside of work, her greatest joy comes from being a mother to two wonderful kiddos and a grandmother to an adorable baby girl. Family holds a special place in her heart, and they inspire her every day.

Marcos has been working for Pro X for a year now as a former assistant and now Resident Relationship Specialist. He strives for excellence in all the areas of his job, including collections and maintenance. Working under pressure and achieving the company's goals is something he really enjoys. Marcos is currently studying Public Accounting and will be graduating in less than a year. In his free time, he’s either at church, at the gym, or at home playing video games, did we forget to mention he loves dogs?
